Pregnancy Box Subscriptions
I’m going to do a full rundown on all of the boxes, but here is a quick list of the amazing pregnancy box subscriptions out there:
- Noobie Box
- Walmart Baby Box
- Amazon Trimester Box
- Ecocentric Mom
- The Ellie Mae Box
- Bump Boxes
- Mama Bird Box
- 9 to Nest
- HeartGrown (for adoptive moms)
- Pampered Mommy Box
Noobie Box is all about celebrating new lives with gift boxes for new moms and babies in the United States. They have both a free pregnancy box filled with high-quality products, samples, coupons to help you transition into motherhood and the Noobie Baby boxes (an on-going paid subscription) that contain at least 5 full-size products carefully selected to represent a milestone of Baby’s first year.
The pregnancy box is a one-time pregnancy gift box and is free of charge. You only contribute to the shipping costs ($6.95 flat fee). When ordering a free pregnancy box, you do not commit to anything else.
Boxes ship to the 48 States of the Contiguous United States. They do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, Canada or other international addresses.
The Noobie Box pregnancy edition is filled with products, coupons and health information. The content of the box varies. You can see what Katelyn received in her box by checking out her Noobie Box review.
A lot of other countries give moms perks for having babies. In Russia, you can get a fridge gifted to you for having a baby on the official “Day of Conception”, in Denmark a travel company will provide three years’ worth of baby supplies to couples who conceived on a vacation booked through the company, and in Singapore parents get a “baby bonus” of about $4,400 for their first two children and $5,900 for their third and fourth. The Noobie Box gives women in America a little reward for getting pregnant!
If you like their products, you can use our referral link to get 20% off their “A Year of Wonders” subscription box for babies where you’ll get 4 milestone boxes – Noobie Nest, Noobie Eat, Noobie Play & Noobie One – each box contains 5 full-size products. You can choose the Girl Edition or the Boy Edition and it’s $99.95 total for all four boxes or you can buy each individually for $29.95 with free shipping.
Walmart Baby Boxes
You might not know it, but Walmart gives pregnant and new moms FREE Walmart baby boxes categorized into three different stages:
- Walmart Prenatal Box
- Walmart Infant/Newborn Box
- Walmart Toddler Box
The boxes are sent out based on your child’s due date or birth date and will automatically receive the next box when your baby enters their next stage of life, but you can cancel or add subscriptions in your account easily as needed. You only pay a $5 shipping charge.
Each box is packed with quality product samples and exclusive coupons and offers. You can see what Katelyn received in all three of these boxes in her Walmart Baby Box review!
Amazon: Pregnancy Trimester Boxes
Amazon is in on the pregnant moms’ boxes action, too! They have three different boxes available: First, Second, and Third Trimester.
They are perfect for pregnant moms, especially moms who breastfeed. A lot of the reviewers said that the third-trimester box comes with nipple cream and nursing pads, which are most helpful if you are planning on nursing your baby.
Amazon First Trimester Box includes:
- Garden of Life vitamin code prenatal vitamins (30-count)
- Puracy organic body lotion (12 oz)
- Preggie Pops (21-count)
- “Belly Laughs” pregnancy book
Amazon Second Trimester Box includes:
- Acure night cream (1.7 fl oz)
- Traditional Medicinals organic pregnancy tea (16 bags)
- Motherlove pregnancy belly salve (4 oz)
- “The Baby Names Wizard” book
Amazon Third Trimester Box includes:
- Earth Mama Angel Baby bottom spray (4 oz)
- Earth Mama Angel Baby nursing cream (2 oz)
- Luxury Bath Fizzies bath bomb set (4-count)
- Kindred Bravely organic nursing pads (8 pack)
The boxes cost $29.99 each and shipping is free for Prime members (otherwise it is $8 shipping).
This is not a subscription service, it is just 3 boxes you can purchase as you want. You can only buy one box of each. Limit one box per trimester per customer.
Their price tag of $29.99 is pretty reasonable considering the cost for the individual items. You might think you shouldn’t bother ordering if you don’t like tea, or you already have a baby name picked out, however, a lot of customers said that they saved quite a bit of money by buying the box instead of the individual items.
And, hey, if you don’t want the baby name book, you can always gift it to a friend, right?
This would make a great gift for a pregnant friend or sister. The boxes are pretty no-frills, so you know they’re going to appreciate the practicality of the items.

Bluum delivers monthly pregnancy boxes of full-size, top-rated products curated just for you and your little one (from pregnancy to pre-k). It’s like having your own personal shopper deliver products you’ll adore, right to your front door!
In each bluum box you’ll get 4 or more full-sized products each month such as books, age-appropriate toys, apparel accessories, and home and body care items.
Bluum has a team of expert M.O.M.’s (managers of merchandising) who spend their days trying new products, meeting and getting to know brands. It’s their mission to evaluate whether a brand is a good fit to join the lineup of bluum’s products. Doing that, the team applies hard criteria to make sure they only send responsibly sourced, free of dangerous chemicals and in most cases organically manufactured products that are healthy for baby and mom.
Bluum currently works with more than 350 brands and over 1,000 different products.
Costs of the Bluum pregnancy subscription box:
- Monthly plan – $34/month
- 6-month plan – $186 or $31/month
- 12-month plan – $348 or $29/month
Every box is valued at $45 or more so it’s a great deal even on the month-to-month plan!
Shipping is free to everyone who lives in the Continental U.S. It’s $5 a month for those who live in Alaska or Hawaii. These Bluum pregnancy boxes are delivered monthly but you can pause your Bluum subscription in your account dashboard for one, two or three months at a time. When your pause period runs out, your membership will automatically reactivate and you will continue to receive boxes.
I like that bluum combines the books, the baby gear, and the toys. This is all stuff you’re probably going to buy anyway, so why not have it delivered to your front door?
Graze is a subscription service that sends you a box of mini-snacks. The snacks are selected for you based on your preferences.
When you’re pregnant, you want to be able to snack a lot during the day without feeling guilty about it. But if you already have kids like me, your available snack choices consist of goldfish, pretzels, or teddy grahams. Those are great for kids, but don’t do a lot in the way of nutrition and protein for pregnant moms.
With a Graze subscription every week, every 2 weeks, or monthly, depending on how often you want them, a box with a variety of 8 snacks will ship to your house. The boxes are recurring, but you can change or cancel anytime. You can also “snooze” your box if you need to.
If you are sensitive or allergic to gluten, dairy, or any other specific ingredient you can specifically ask for snacks that leave those ingredients out. But, you should know that all Graze snacks are produced in a facility with nuts, wheat, milk, and many other foods, so if your food allergy is severe, this might not be for you.
Costs of the Graze subscription box:
- The first box is FREE! (4-snack sampler box)
- Regular box is $13.99 each.
- Sharing box is $25 (contains 5 bags of snacks, about 20 servings).
- Shop a la carte at graze.com/shop where products range from $3.99 to $8.99 each.
- Shipping is included.
If you break down how much each snack costs in an 8-snack box, you are paying only $1.75 per snack. Their snacks look really delicious! Their fruit and nut combos come in all kinds of flavors. Their website makes me hungry just looking at all the pictures!Learn more about Graze and get your first box free!
The Ellie Mae Box
With The Ellie Mae Box, you get to choose from three different types of subscription boxes: a box just for you; a box for you and baby; and a box for you and your furbaby (dog only).
Every month, you will receive 4-6 beauty/wellness products delivered to your doorstep, including a surprise gift. Some of the items include healthy snacks, holistic supplements, and brand name beauty products.
The creator of The Ellie Mae Box said she created this subscription service because she was ordering 3 different subscription boxes every month. One for herself, one for her baby daughter, and one for her dog. She wanted to make it possible for people to save money and order one box that would cover all the bases.
I like the idea of combining multiple subscription services to save people money. This box is also super highly reviewed on CrateJoy.
Costs of the Ellie Mae Subscription boxes:
- Monthly plan – $30.99/month
- 3 month prepay– $86.97 or $28.99 per box
- 6 month prepay – $161.94 or $26.99 per box
Plans automatically renew, but you can change or cancel when you need to.

Mama Bird Box is a monthly subscription box for pregnant and new moms. Boxes come with a mix of 4-6 pampering items that focus on a pregnant mom’s health, encouragement, and wellbeing.
You’ll get items like nail polish, skin scrubs, T-shirts, candles, lotion, etc.
Their website is really straightforward and clean. I also like that they don’t try to complicate things by offering you a million different subscription options. They have a lot of great reviews on Cratejoy, too! A lot of reviewers say that the Mama Bird Box makes a great pregnancy gift for a mom-to-be.
Costs of the subscription boxes:
- Month-to-month: $34.95 per box
- 3 Months: $99.95 or $33.32 per box
- 6 Months: $194.95 or $32.49 per box
- Shipping is $5.95 per box within the U.S. Shipping to Canada is $13.00 per box and international shipping is $22.00 per box.
All plans automatically renew but you can cancel at any time.
9 To Nest
9 to Nest is a subscription service for expectant parents. Each month, baby gifts arrive in a box with a poem that counts down another month until baby’s due date. Baby items that revolve around your specific month of pregnancy and all items are BPA free, PVC free, and Phthalate free, and you can specify the gender of your baby.
Unlike other subscription services that focus on products for the pregnant mom, 9 to Nest sends gifts for the baby like bath toys, burp rags, etc.
I like the idea of a countdown until the due date! I think it’s really cute and it is a good way to help pregnant moms get excited about welcoming a new baby soon!
You can choose between 3, 4, 5, or 6 pregnancy gift boxes total. It depends on how soon you know you’re pregnant and how many you want to receive.
Costs of the subscription boxes:
- $39.95 per box (no matter how many items).
- Extra $25/month for twins.
- Shipping is FREE.
They require a minimum order of three boxes. 9 to Nest requires that the due date is greater than 3 months out in order to purchase the minimum 3-month package. You can contact their customer service and request a custom order if you want though.
From what reviewers said, these make great gifts for relatives or friends who live far away and are going through pregnancy.
HeartGrown is a monthly care package for adoptive mothers-in-waiting. Items are meant to inspire, uplift, and bring encouragement. Each box contains 2-3 unique, adoption-related or inspiring items, along with 1 pampering item.
Items include things like the book, “When God Says Wait” by Elizabeth Laing Thompson, grapefruit-tini whipped soap scrub by Sugar + Chic, a tea towel, and a scripture bookmark. It is clearly a Christian and faith-filled pregnancy box!
I know a friend going through the adoption process right now, and it has been at times frustrating and upsetting. For moms who cannot have their own kids or choose to adopt, a lot of waiting is involved. It can be a difficult time period, especially when a lot of friends and relatives are getting pregnant all around you.
I think it’s really cool that HeartGrown is trying to help adoptive mothers feel the same amount of love and support that pregnant moms get!
Costs of the subscription boxes:
- $39.95 – Month-to-month
- $112.50 or $37.50 per box – 3-month prepay
All plans automatically renew but you can cancel at any time. HeartGrown also donates 10% of their quarterly profits to a unique, adoption-centered charity, which is announced in each box.
