Date Night Ideas

There's always an excuse for not going on dates regularly, am I right? No money. No time. No one to watch the kids. Nothing to do. Schedules don't line up. No energy or creativity. Etc. Connecting with your spouse through dates is not only good for your relationship, but fun! While my husband and I both love watching movies, which is super easy and affordable thanks to our new obsession with VidAngel, it gets rather boring if that's all we do together on our Friday nights at home. Sometimes we get way too comfortable in our marriages and take for granted that relationship. We may think everything is rosy because we aren't ...

This post likely contains affiliate links.

These are truly more unique at home date night ideas for couples! My husband will love these ideas. So many great printable and themed nights. This will spice up our marriage for sure.

As soon as the door to our kids' bedroom closes for the night, my husband and I most often retreat to our own spaces, at least during the week. The evenings are the time that I work on this blog, usually until about midnight every night. My husband is usually exhausted and wants to just be alone for a while after his long days of school and work and enjoys watching some Youtube videos upstairs. We don't spend a lot of time just him and I during the week. I love this! I've always wanted to make a personalized Love Coupon Book for him and this make it so easy!

My year of planned dates gift for my husband came to its close last December, and since then we've been experimenting with other ways of having regular, exciting, date nights. How to create "A Year of Dates" Gift for your loved one this Valentine's Day. whatsupfagans.com

Creating a Year of Dates gift is one of my favorite gifts to give to my husband for occasions like Valentine's Day, our Anniversary, or for Christmas.  May I suggest if you want a killer gift to give to your husband, wife, boyfriend, or girlfriend, then you should give them a year of dates all pre-planned ahead of time so that you can spend an incredible year dating each other both on dates out and date nights at home. A Year of Dates Gift I suggest planning twenty-four dates, twelve date nights at home, and twelve date nights out, one of each for every month of the year.  Planning out dates eliminates the ever annoying ...

What’s up Fagans? Fridays

Attack of the baby!

Welcome Friday! 1. My baby boy is 8 months old today!! I can't believe he's so old already! Wasn't he just born? And he's so smart and active already. He's pulling himself up constantly, loves crawling, and moving. One of his favorite things to do is grab your face, especially your lips and eyes and and then pinch them to death! He also enjoys slapping faces and chests and tables. He gets up once every night, still doesn't eat a lot of baby food (due to my laziness), and is just a happy baby generally.  We all love him like crazy around this house. 2. We've been hitting up the YMCA four times a week. It's been so nice ...
